Jumpin Joe's Ultimate Paradise
Where in the world can you find great people, great ultimate, disc golf, hiking, camping, a wonderful outdoor kitchen, kegs of Fat Tire, and more? The answer is at Jumpin' Joe's Ultimate Paradise, just south of Branson and Springfield, MO. Joe's offers a variety of fun activities, or just sit back and relax in the creek!
Joe offers camping on his land usually three times per year - Memorial Day weekend, July 4th weekend, and Labor Day weekend. It is a privelege to use Joe's property! As Joe says, "Respect the land." The old UP site can be found at www.slua.org/up. If you are interested in going, contact Tim Hoarty.
Ultimate Frisbee
Obviously, the main theme of Joe's besides having a great time, is playing ultimate. The entire property is centered around Joe's field, which he leveled out of a huge hill, creating an awesome atmosphere for an ultimate game - surrounded by the Ozark hills. This truly is the best place to play and watch ultimate in the midwest.
Disc Golf
Joe's offers a 14 hole organic disc golf course. The baskets are made from branches woven around trees, and the course is very well laid out.

The Creek
This beautiful clear stream runs through Joe's property and is usually packed with wildlife, including fish, crawfish, snakes, birds, and Spike's kids. The water level fluctuates, but no matter what there is no better way to cool off after a game of ultimate than soakin' in your favorite swimming hole.

Jumpin Joe's features breakfast and dinner cooked and served from his famous outdoor kitchen, and no one ever walks away unsatisfied.
Camping
There are plenty of good campsites at Joe's. You can plop down right near the garden, tuck yourself behind the far side of the field, or camp downcreek. Each spot offers something, and there is always room for everyone.

Enjoy Yourself
There are a ton of things to do at the Ultimate Paradise, and one of the best is to do nothing, and enjoy your weekend. Every Saturday during Memorial, Independence, and Labor Day weekends Joe gets a keg of Fat Tire and we get the campfire and music going for a great party, and there is usually a kid to get a smore from.
Joe's motto is "Respect the Land" which he certainly does. Being a guest at Joe's is a privelege and a great experience in one of the most beautiful parts of the country. Be sure to kick Joe some cash for camping and food before you go.
